New Hiring Programs to Evaluate Abilities of People with Disabilities ~Microsoft Part 1~
In Seattle, I have visited one of the global companies in high-tech industry, Microsoft. What impressed me is that Microsoft has implemented different ways of hiring process for people with disabilities. One of them is a pilot program to hire people with autism, named “Hiring Academy”.
