It is Jeff. I have come to Syracuse, New York, with Mizuki to help her get things set up for the first week.<\/p>\n

We have been busy since our arrival on the 3rd, Saturday.\u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>It has only been 4 days but we feel like we had been here for at least a month already.<\/span><\/p>\n

A lot of things happened in these couple days.<\/p>\n

When we first arrived at Syracuse. Our first impression was not pleasant.<\/p>\n

The weather was cloudy.<\/p>\n

No one is walking on the street.<\/p>\n

There are many hills and I worry if Mizuki will be alright climbing the hills on wheelchair everyday.<\/p>\n

We have heard that there will be more snow here then there in Wisconsin…<\/p>\n

Everything is so spread out making it very difficult to get around without a car.<\/p>\n

We have talked to other friends’ friends who had lived in Syracuse and those who are still living here and we all heard the same opinion.<\/p>\n

“Syracuse’s first impression may not be good but you will eventually fall in love with this place if you give it enough time.”<\/p>\n

We think it is so true.<\/p>\n

However, after talking with some locals and making some friends here we found the people here are extremely nice.<\/p>\n

We start loving this place already!<\/p>\n
