The Thinker and Mizuki<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Hi, it’s Mizuki!<\/p>\n

I visited San Francisco this month, and noticed something.<\/p>\n

Actually I have been to San Francisco with my friend when I was a student in Wisconsin.<\/p>\n

That was 8 years ago.<\/p>\n

I remembered that there were many beautiful places, accessible trains, yummy food…<\/p>\n

All great memories.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But this time, I saw some negative sides too.\u00a0<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Especially I was very shocked when I took a elevator and train.<\/p>\n

I thought they were\u00a0very clean 8 years ago, but now quite dirty.\u00a0<\/p>\n

My American friend who has come to Japan said,<\/p>\n

“This elevator is dirtier than the dirtiest one in Japan.”<\/p>\n

I laughed, and felt that “…Maybe that’s right.”<\/p>\n

When I first came to the US as a student, everything was new to me.<\/p>\n

I really enjoyed every single day in the new environment, so I was thinking\u00a0“Everything in the US is just great!”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Since\u00a0I lived in Japan for a couple of years and came back here again,\u00a0my views on the U.S has become more cool-headed<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I noticed that my country\u00a0where I can always go back is very\u00a0mindful, clean and peace.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And that is a\u00a0very\u00a0fortunate environment.<\/p>\n

Japan has its own good attributes.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the thought, I think I can expand my possibilities more and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n
