運動嫌いの私ですが、何と金曜の夜にもジムに行きました!
目標は週2回のトレーニング。
普段左足はほとんど使ってないから、バイク30分は凄いリハビリになってると思う。
ちょっとは筋肉付くかな?
来月は健康診断もあることだし、頑張らねば!

Although I don’t really like to excise…. I went to the gym even Friday night!
My plan is to go there at least 2 times a week.
I barely use my left paralyzed leg in daily life, so 30 mins biking should be a really good rehabilitation.
I hope to get some muscle on my leg!
I gotta work hard as I’m having annual health check next month anyways. haha
