One day when I went shopping at a clothing store…….

The sales associate at the shop came to me and informed me that they have a big fitting room so I can try my clothes on comfortably…….

What impressed me is that what I was usually told by clothing sales associates is

“please let me know if there is anything you like on the shelf, I can get it for you.”

It was different and I was impressed.

 

The sales associate saw me on a wheelchair and predicted I am going to try on clothes before purchasing.

The important information to me is a big and comfortable fitting room.

Therefore, the sales associate told me the information I need at the time.

 

I have always been thinking about how to increase customer experience and creating shared value (CSV).

This is one of the perfect case studies I can learn from.
