このブログで何回か書いていますが、この夏に2回目の転職しました。
前職はたった１年しか働いていませんが、この転職を決める時まったく迷いはありませんでした。
毎日笑顔で生き生きと働ける環境で働きたかったからです。
前の職場は、フレックス勤務＋１フロア完全フリーアドレス（固定席が無いオフィス）でした。
本人が自ら発信しない限り、出社してる・してない、何時にくるのか、休みなのか、どこに座っているのかも全く上司は把握できない状態でした。
入社当初は「自由でいいな」と思っていましたが
中途採用で入った若い女性（＋Moon Rider)の私には、ほどんど仕事という仕事はなく、上司や同じ部署の人と関係を築ける環境ではありませんでした。
「これからどんどん忙しくなるよ！」と上司に何度か言われましたが、全くそういう様子はなく、
面接で話していた業務とも違う事から改善も依頼しましたが、古い日本の大企業なのでアクションが遅い遅い。
そのうちに仕事がないのに会社に行くのが嫌になり、ここに長々居座っても自分にはプラスにならないと思い転職を決めました。
現在働いているのはアパレルの経営戦略部。
新しく出来た持ち株会社で、部署の人数も少なく、勤務時間も席も固定。
以前のような自由なないですが、誰が何をしているかちゃんと見えて直接顔を見てのコミュニケーションが多いです。
先輩から仕事も教えてもらい易く、ちゃんと上司が部下の仕事をマネージしている感じ。
また最近嬉しかったのは、はじめて出社定時５分前に出社した時の事。
朝礼が定時10分前頃からあるので、普段は遅くとも15分前には出社してるのですが、その日は家を出るのが遅くなってしまいました。
「やばい…」と思いながらオフィスに入った瞬間、部署のみんなが私を見て「あー！ちゃんと来て良かった！」と笑顔で喜んでくれました。
みんな私が来る途中に何かトラブルがあったのでは？と心配したようでした（笑）
こういう反応が見られるのも一緒に近くで働いているからこそ。
心配してくれる人が職場にいると思うと嬉しくなりました。
（前の会社なら私がいつ出社しても誰も気づいていなかったでしょう。）
また、今後Moon Rider社員だからこそできる仕事にも取り組んでいけそうです。
部長さんが凄くアクティブで、「もっと笑顔に出来るように、色んな仕事をさせてあげられるように俺も頑張るからね！」と言ってくれました。
私も自分で出来るところから何か始めないと！
Moon Rider一人一人が笑顔で働ける仕事を持てる事が私の理想の世界です。

大きい会社ですが、まだまだ成長中で社員年齢も若いのでチャレンジ精神が凄いです。
面接時の話だけでなく、ちゃんとMoon Riderの希望や能力に応じた部署配属を考え仕事をさせてくれます。
As I wrote in this blog before, I started my 3rd job this summer.
I worked in the previous company only for 1 year, but I didn’t regret at all when I decided to change my career again.
All I wanted was to work with smile at workplace everyday.
In the previous company, working time was flexible and worker’s desk & seat were not fixed and could sit anywhere in the office.
Therefore, the managers did’t know if worker has/hasn’t come to the office or absent, what time worker would come, where worker is sitting today etc. unless the worker give information by him/herself to the manager.
I felt really good to be free like that at first, but had difficulty to build a good relationship with coworkers in my dept due to the environment.
The company was big old Japanese company.
The managers didn’t give me tasks that much since I was young woman + Moon Rider.
Although my general manager said I would be very busy soon for couple of times, it never happened.
When I had the interview with this company before joining, they told me that I could do many thing.
But the situation I had was totally different. Although I talked with HR about this, they acted too slow to change my situation….while waiting their reply, I totally didn’t wanna go to the office since I got nothing to do there.
Then I felt I should change my job because I could get any “plus” things for me in the company.
Now I’m working for corporate planning and strategy dept in an apparel company.
It is a new holding company, and my dept is small size which is very nice.
Although I don’t have “free” environment like my previous company, I can see what coworkers are doing now and have face-to-face communication more.
Also I can get more tasks from others and ask questions more easily.
I can see that managers completely manage other workers too.
One of the things I felt happy was when I got office 5 mins before the fixed time.
Morning meeting starts 10 mins before the fixed time, so I usually get office 15 mins before at the latest.
But on that day, I left home late..when I entered the office nervously, all coworker looked at me with smile and said “Oh you came!”
Seems they were worried if I got a trouble on the way to office. haha.
I could see their reaction because we work closely everyday.
I was so glad to know that I have someone who is worried about me at workplace.
(No one would notice in this situation at the previous company..)
Also in my current company, I would be able to challenge something for Moon Riders in the near future.
My general manager is very supportive and active.
He said he would try hard to make me smile more and give me more tasks to challenge.
I gotta start something by myself not just waiting to be given!
My ideal world is that each Moon Rider can work with smile everyday.
If you (Moon Rider) are interested in apparel business, please consider my company as well.
It is a big company, but is still growing and has lots of challenge spirits due to many young workers.
If a position is available, HR consider possibilities and you will be placed and given tasks where you request or where you can take advantage of your skill.
