Mizuki’s cooking ~

Mizuki’s Home Dishes! ~Okonomiyaki~
The other night, I was making okonomiyaki with the food material we have left in the fridge, such as cabbage, pork, shrimp, chikuwa, (A Japanese tube-shaped food) and yakisoba.
When I lived in Kagoshima by myself back in college days, I would make massive amount of okonomiyaki and stored it in the freezer. It is so easy to store and to heat it with a microwave. And you can put any ingredients you like in the Okonomiyaki. (Highly customized!!) Also, it tastes so good and fills you up! It is one of the best food in the world, especially for a lazy girl like me.
But ever since I had left Kagoshima, I never made Okonomiyaki. It had been so long, but the taste is still awesome. Jeff loves it, too. Jeff likes to eat it with Okonomiyaki sauce, ichimi (Japanese chilly pepper). He was so happy and he exclaimed that we should definitely make it again!!
