ジェフの出身地、台湾には美味しいものがたくさんあります!
私ももう9回くらい行ってるのですが、食べるために行くといっても過言ではないくらい大好きです。
そこで、台湾の美味しいものをこのブログでも紹介していきたいと思います♪
今回紹介するのは、「割包(グワパオと読む)」です!
これは私の一番好きな台湾の食べ物なんですよー♪
中に豚の角煮、ピーナッツの粉、パクチーが入っていて最高に美味しいです。
(パクチー無しや、豚肉の脂部分の量も選べますよ!)
1つは35TWDくらい(100円くらい)ととっても安いです!!!
6年前に初めて台湾に行った時、公館にある藍家割包という店に連れてもらってから、台湾に行くときは殆ど食べにいってます。
一緒にスープ(四神湯)とチマキも売っていて、これもまた美味しいです♪
There are so many delicious cuisines in Taiwan, where Jeff was born.
I have been to Taiwan for 9 times! The amazing cuisines are just so tasty and keeping me going there over and over again!
And the thought came to me that maybe I should write something about Taiwan food and share all the cuisines I know with the world!♪
I would like to introduce my favorite Taiwan food at all times to you!
It is called Kauh Pau. Some people call it Chinese hamburger.
Stewed pork covered with peanuts powder and cilantro, sandwiched by steamed bread.
(*peanuts powder and cilantro are optional. You can ask the cook to take it out upon ordering. You can also choose the level of fatness of the pork.)
One Kauh Pau costs 35 NTD, which is about a US dollar.
It is really a affordable and tasty cuisine. (*≧▽≦)
When I first visited Taiwan 6 years ago, Jeff took me to Lan-Jia Kuah Pau in Gongguan, one of the most famous Kuah Pau places in Taiwan.
They also served Si-Shen soup and Zongzi. Fantastic food!♪( ^_^)/ やぁ!
割包は元々一年の終わりに食べるものだったらしいですが、
一部の夜市で人気になり、若者にとっては時期に関係なく
いつでも食べるものになったようです。
この藍家割包もめっちゃ人気で、すぐ入れないこともあるので注意してくださいね!
It is said that in the old times, people only eat Kuah Pau when a year reaches its end.
It was difficult to buy one in other times.
But food stands at night market had changed that habit.
Nowadays, young people eat Kuah Pau throughout the year.
Lan-Jia Kuah Pau is extremely popular restaurant!
The line was always long! But it is definitely worth the wait!
